Madhuvanthi Mohan aka Something Sketchy is an illustrator from Bangalore, India, who has moved to Vancouver two years ago with her partner and their ginger rescue cat Thimmi. She puts her illustrations on products like notebooks, stickers, zines and prints for retail. Each quirky and unique design has a story behind it or a song that inspired it.

She cares very deeply about bringing the illustrator community together and runs an illustrators’ group called The Sketchup where she has hosted intimate, informal, underground gatherings with established Speakers, across India and now in Vancouver. She also curates and organises art shows and festivals.
