Laura Rivera is a Mexican born artist with three graphic novels under her belt. Laura loves writing fantastical and comedic stories with diverse casts of characters, and creating art with bright and cheerful colors. The graphic novels are informed by Laura’s experiences as an immigrant and her friendships with people from different cultures. General themes of the comics and scripts are those of found family, friendship and how people aren’t defined by the places they come from.
