Amelie Shypilova (she/they) is a Vancouver cartoonist and illustrator. Recently graduated from Emily Carr University, she has been self-publishing her work for the past few years. She strives to tell stories on themes close to her heart, such as queer identity, escapism, and growing up. Most recently, she published her risograph comic “Metazoa” and is now working on a young adult graphic novel pitch.
