Nina Matsumoto (a.k.a. “space coyote”) is an illustrator, designer, award-winning comic book artist, and first generation Japanese-Canadian born in Vancouver, BC. She penciled for Simpsons Comics for 10 years, and recently drew the “Sparks!” all-ages comic series for Scholastic (writing by frequent collaborator Ian Boothby). She creates video game merchandise for the Arizona-based company Fangamer, designing apparel, accessories, and home goods, sometimes providing artwork for vinyl record packaging and book covers. On her free time, she likes to draw horned girls relaxing.
