Mike Myhre is a comic artist at heart, though his day-job of Director for children’s animated series’ leaves too little free time to have a large output of minicomics to his name. In his sketchbook, minicomics, zines & personal work, he allows his id more free space to roam than it’s able to on the shows he works on, so it’s not for kids, despite a cartoony style.
Mike’s art is inspired by myriad subjects, such as indie comics, French bandes dessinées, 2D animated cartoons, British comedy, and Medieval art, to name but a few influences.
